Trading Principles

The Retailer will at all times maintain and promote the effective sale of products supplied by Taurie Trading in a manner likely to enhance the good name of Taurie Trading, the brands it represents and their products.

Supply and Stock

Taurie Trading will at all times do its best to maintain adequate stock of products to meet the Retailer’s requirements. Where Taurie Trading is unable to immediately supply product ordered by the Retailer, orders received will be allocated in equal priority with those orders received from other retailers, and in strict rotation.

Trade marks and copyright

The Retailer acknowledges Taurie Trading’s exclusive rights within the territory to trade marks of After the Fact, Photology, Camera Mechanics, and Kent Street Studio and their product range.

Governing Law

This Agreement is in accordance with and governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales.

Resale

The goods sold by Taurie Trading to the Retailer may not be resold to any other party, in trade, other than an end user purchasing for their own final ownership.

Supply Terms

• All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• All orders to be placed via our website at www.taurietrading.com.au or through an authorised representative of Taurie Trading.
• Taurie Trading will ship to one location free of charge. Delivery to multiple locations may incur freight charges.
• Taurie Trading’s minimum order value is $300 ex GST, orders below this amount may be subject to freight charges.
• Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
• All products are covered by a standard one year warranty. All warranty is return to base.
• Please note RRP is a recommended retail selling price only.
• Title of goods does not pass until goods are paid for in full.

Other Terms & Conditions

No terms & conditions sought to be imposed by the Customer upon Taurie Trading shall apply unless agreed by Taurie Trading in writing.
